I found it a longer process...
Had to wait for paperwork in oost which told me rates. Rates were much higher than advertised. When i phoned they couldnt really explain why. I went with Zopa, a much more streamlimed service and much better rates.

Zopa is simple and easy to use. Its not convuluted and not an endless process. User friendly. Great online set up. Regular updates. Good rates.
