I have had several bank accounts in my lifetime. I have tried to be ethical most of my life. Quality and ethical practice in my experience don't always go together. Triodos is something else. From set up to everyday business banking experiences, from simple enquiries to managing a hacked social media account, online and the phone, every time my bank responds quickly, thoroughly, calmly and effectively. Staff are clearly happy, well trained and proud of their place of work. My bank has been a stalwart support during these difficult times. It is my pleasure to commend Triodos for the top award.
