I have been a santander customer since they were still Abbey national and I have always been pleased with the service I have received. I worked for them before the transfer too.
I have had several different accounts and products with them and have always been treated very well. Easy to use website and app which has recently given new features to monitor the type of spending which I have made over the month, which is a good feature.

Since joining sterling Bank, I have found it easy to keep a track of my spending, the debit card is different looking and easy to find in my wallet due to the nice green colour. Easy to manage my money with the easy to use app and no high charges for having branch network.
I would recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
