This bank employs great staff who actually know what they are talking about, unlike other banks. The 123 account is wonderful with perks for the customer. All in all I would recommend this bank to anyone who is looking to change banks.

I have been a customer of RBS for over 10 years and have had no problems whatsoever with them. Their customer service is excellent and. whenever I have had a query about anything, they have always managed to sort things out for me. I purchased annual travel insurance from them and it was, by far, the cheapest insurance I could find. My husband is disabled and we both have multiple health concerns so were concerned about the cost to travel overseas. Thanks to RBS we could afford the insurance and the holiday. Well done RBS
