absolutely okay until you actually need them! the gentleman I initially spoke with was terrible and left me so worried after being rear ended by a car stolen by the insureds son, it's still not sorted out although after speaking with someone else I feel less worried.

I've been banking with santander for a number of years, the products and service they provide are fantastic compared to other banks I've had dealings with and any issues they resolve them in a timely manner.
