I have now switched to Starling but I know that my mum and dad love HSBC. They prefer to have that face to face chat and HSBC provide an excellent in store customer service.

After opening a Starling account I realised that banking had never been so easy. Now both me and my husband bank with Starling. The best customer experience and I have never had to speak to a member of staff.
