Absolutely love Monzo! Easy to set up an account, quick delivery of the debit card and payments back to the card clear faster than any bank I have ever banked with.
Customer service is second to none and the community is very friendly. Definitely a convert here!

I've had warranties with D&G for a few of my appliances and I pay monthly via Direct Debit. However, my DD failed twice and I only found out when I had a letter demanding the full price of £270-odd. I had no correspondence before this. Has I known after the first DD failed, I would have rectified this.
It also takes ages for anyone to answer emails or messages.

NatWest have also been fantastic at keeping me up to date with my account, especially the text alerts which help me manage my day to day spending. The only flaw is that I wish that the account number and sort code were on the card. I needed to go into the branch to get mine which was inconvenient.

The Halifax Online Saver is so convenient for those who want to be able to do their saving purely online. Once set up it shows within the Halifax accounts and it's so easy to transfer money from other accounts to it.
