I can't claim direct with the vet so had to pay vet and claim back. Have claimed 3 times now and no problems at all. One claim was very expensive too. Make sure you take out the insurance that covers conditions for life.

I suffer panic attacks and when I crashed my car I was so scared to phone up the insurance, but I did and they were very reassuring and I wouldn't worrry about doing it again. Everything was straight forward. The claim was sorted quickly and no hassle at all. Courtesy car was great, claim was paid quickly (it was a write off)
