No one answers the phone

The company that doesn't answer the phone or answer emails. Spent an entire day trying to speak to someone to sort out renewal of our travel insurance, however despite me hanging on the phone for over 30 minutes at a time, I never got to the front of the queue and kept getting cut off. Resorted to sending an email asking someone to ring me at their earliest convenience but got no response. As a result of the lack of communication from Coverwise, my policy expired. Oh well, off to a different company who actually wants my money. Reviewed on: 12th April 2022

FINALLY PUSHED INTO LEAVING THIS JOKE OF A BANK

The Co-operative Bank stuffed up on my standing orders on more than one occasion and the staff blamed me rather than their own IT systems and staff (who incidentally were actually at fault). Money taken out of my account without my authorisation and bank staff refusing to put the money back. This has resulted in me moving to a new bank - hurray for the switch system which is going to make my life easier. Wish I'd never had the misfortune of dealing with this shambolic bank. I'd advise avoiding this bank at all costs - they make mistakes and blame their customers! Reviewed on: 8th April 2021
