We made a claim for the lost holidays and provided the covered2go with the necessary consultant and hospital documentation confirming that my wife was unfit to travel.
Withing days covered2go had reimbursed us with all our money spent minus a very reasonable excess deduction.

We are thrilled with the Cover2Go travel insurance company.
Last year my wife became very ill and we had to cancel pre-planned trips to both Florida and to Hong Kong.
We made a cain for these missed holidays and provided Covered2Go with the necessary hospital/consultant confirmation that my wife was too ill to travel.
