My first thoughts on LV is the great customer service they offer. No matter how you contact them they are always so helpful, friendly and willing to sort out whatever you want help with.
They have a great website, easy to use offering a wide range of products. They offer good competitive quotes for insurance and allow me to tailor my quotes to what I want and need.
Whilst I have never had to claim from them I feel they are a good reliable company offering good value and service.
