Never insure with this company.

No fault claim on 11th Nov. Passed back and forth between two different companies, WNSA dealt with claim, they were slow, made mistakes, did not ring me back, I was finally given a settlement letter on 19th Feb and still did not get paid until 23rd March. I had to constantly ring them and ByMiles to get this sorted. The underwriters 'Tradewise' just would not release the payment. I was unable to speak to their Financial Dept directly, apparently they all work 'Off Sure', I guess that's so no one get hold of them. Never insure with By'Miles or any other company that has 'Tradewise' as their underwriters. Absolutely diabolical service. Left a Google review and they rang me up asking how they could put things right. After asking for compensation for the long delays in settling my claim I was offered: Wait for it! LOL £300 vouchers against my future miles on my new policy, LIKE I WAS REALLY GOING TO INSURE WITH THEM AGAIN. !! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
