No fault claim on 11th Nov. Passed back and forth between two different companies, WNSA dealt with claim, they were slow, made mistakes, did not ring me back, I was finally given a settlement letter on 19th Feb and still did not get paid until 23rd March. I had to constantly ring them and ByMiles to get this sorted. The underwriters 'Tradewise' just would not release the payment. I was unable to speak to their Financial Dept directly, apparently they all work 'Off Sure', I guess that's so no one get hold of them. Never insure with By'Miles or any other company that has 'Tradewise' as their underwriters. Absolutely diabolical service. Left a Google review and they rang me up asking how they could put things right. After asking for compensation for the long delays in settling my claim I was offered: Wait for it! LOL £300 vouchers against my future miles on my new policy, LIKE I WAS REALLY GOING TO INSURE WITH THEM AGAIN. !!
