Lack of customer care

Not a great start due to mix up on there side ref uploading docs Then sent cancelled warning then iver 30 mins to get someone on the phone after 3 atempts Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

Lacking ability to talk to someone easy

Great price but loss of customer care kept getting emails ref ncb and licence although had uploaded to site asap and one even gave few days and policy would be canceld and took near 40 mins and a few trys over 2 days to get to talk to someone to be told the hold up was that had been asked for dvla code this was not the case after looking over emails and policy paperwoek etc was never asked for this and has now cost me a lot on my mobile trying to make sure cover was not canceld could have all been resolved if had been called or if i could have been able to get someone faster on the phone ir a responce to emails even had to send bank details bye email because had lost 2 lunches at work waiting on hold and coyld not risk not having insurance not a great start to a new customer hoep thw rest of the time with yourswlfs goes better Reviewed on: 13th July 2017
