Too many emails/ not enough human contacthe!

Initially very pleased with the service, friendly advisor but then went downhill! I explained I was going away on holiday and wouldn't be able to sign any paperwork until my return but while I was away I was constantly bombarded with emails about my insurance cover, I explained again I was away but I still kept getting them, all I needed to know was that I was covered! Trying to ring them was a total nightmare even when I was put through directly, 15mins+ I was holding on, not just once but 3 times! Iveven only been insured for just under a week and I already can't wait to renew next year-with someone else! Reviewed on: 13th July 2017
