I have been with RBS for 40 years but I am now moving my accounts. Their phone banking is terrible and this combined with branch closures means I no longer want to be a customer. My nearest branch of RBS is now 20 miles away and although there is a closer NatWest I vehemently dislike their business model.

I've used LV for my car insurance for 10 plus years. They are always competitively priced and offer excellent no claims etc. On the one occasion I claimed they were efficient and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them.

These idiots have no clue about Deputyship orders or what it means to be in a nursing home due to Alzheimers .. they CLAIM to be people focussed and their branch staff are great but higher up the chain they are ignorant and useless .. they expect the impossible due to their lack of training and intelligence. They need but lack training .. my advice - AVOID METRO BANK LIKE THE PLAGUE
