good company however some of their contractors they use are rubbish

great company very helpful and put customer first however i wouldn't recommend using any of the services they provide when it comes to repair your car after an accident or windscreen they are crap and cause nothing but trouble and problems but endsleigh customer handling team are very efficient and effective

Expensive and disloyal to returning customers with unjustified price increases

They clearly do not care about retaining customers. When it can to renewal quote they wanted to charge me almost 3x more than the year before no reason. No claims where main on the policy and no circumstances changed they where just being greedy when i called to cancel they tried to talk me into stay but could not match any where near the low quotes I was getting from every other company accept them!
