bad service attitude on phone

I called since I had problem by opening an account. The man answered my phone was very impatient and spoke unclear. As I asked him to repeated one question, he reacted as irritated and spoke loud but unclear as uaual. This was my worst experienced phone service recent years. I could expect no respect from the bank later on. So I'll definitely withdraw my application. Reviewed on: 19th June 2017
