Has home insurance with them and my laptop got knocked off the kitchen table onto the hard floor. I contacted them and the person I spoke too stated that I didn't have the laptop insured for outside the home, I stated it wasn't outside the home when the accident happened, but he said I couldn't claim. I called them the next day to query the previous call as I was angry and stated the same issue that I had and they stated that it was covered in the home!!! Never take their word as final as I knew I was covered.

Nearly doubled my premium for renewal, I had checked other companies before it came through and it should have roughly stayed the same. I phoned up to complain and they immediately dropped the renewal price by 40%, but that was still an increase of 10% over the previous year which was still not acceptable so I took my business elsewhere. In regards to all insurance companies, always read your renewal quote/cost as sometimes they seem to inflate it massively for no reason!
