Not positive..... Water damage.... Yes they will eventually send someone out to stop the leak. But as for repairing the damage.... That's a no. Go in our case...

Due to 2 water incidents in our home. We found out direct lone outsoirce their insurance to AXA.omg..customer care does not exist with either of these companies.
