Had a long winded letter basically telling me this is not private health insurance.
I was taken off a cruise so time was important as the ship left at 8,o'clock that evening.The on board doctor made the appointment at this hospital.Had a scan which I paid for and was then told to find a public hospital.
Could not walk at the time and did not fancy getting a bus to another hospital where waiting times are 4-7hrs.
People who think they are getting a good deal with this company beware,they want you in a public hospital because you are covered by your EHIC card.This means they don't pay any money for treatment.

The only advice I received from this company when Iwas in agony with a leg problem ,was get out of the private clinic and go to a public hospital.Not very helpful when you are in a foreign country and not very well.Have not heard from them since I put in a complaint.
