chaotic and frustrating

My experience with Esure has been chaotic and frustrating. I had been assigned a case handler who decided to go on annual leave the day after taking up my case, without letting me know. It was only after a number of calls from both, the insured party and myself that we were made aware of this. The rest of the Esure team assured me that the claim had been elevated to 'urgent' status, once the case handler was back in the office. Another week passed before I heard back from him, only after I cc'd him in an email to the head of the department to assign me a new case handler. It has been over 2 months since registering my claim, still, nothing has been done. I found Esure car insurance claim department rude, arrogant, unhelpful, uninterested in establishing the simple facts and completely unprofessional. The sheer incompetence and lack of cooperation have led me to take further action. Reviewed on: 20th July 2017
