I've used various comparison websites over the years for insurance quotes but I've recently returned to Aviva for my house and car insurance. The great thing is that you can speak to someone who is very customer focused and understands your request properly. Once your a customer you can access your account online which even for a Luddite like me is easy to work your way round. I certainly have found them competitive but also accommodating and I've already recommended other family members. It takes the stress out of the annual renewals.
