Easy to access

The banking app is really easy to use and access. I visited a branch for the first time in a long time and the staff were helpful, pleasant, efficient and not at all pushy, just right. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2017

Good for the first year

As with all insurance companies Axa lure you in at the outset with a reasonable quote for car insurance, then at renewal that reasonable price is hiked considerably. Having said that we needed to add an additional driver for a weeks holiday and it was very quick and easy to do, and judging by the research I did, at reasonable cost too. Easy to view all documents on line plus plenty of reminders via text and email. Surprisingly easy to cancel too, I expected a phone call and hard sell but I cancelled the renewal quote online. I've no idea what they are like in a crisis, which is the real test. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017
