I recent entered into stepchange agreement , as I lost my job due to covid 19, this is the only company that has endlessly hounded me for charges , they are filing defaults on my credit file constantly , they are demanding I pay charges even though I am on a debt relief plan ? , the stress this poor company has caused I wish I never dealt with them , I would stay clear otherwise, all the other companies have been great and supportive apart from this company .

Zopa is a very flexible service , it gives customers full control over their finances and is always there to provide support when needed , I am a very please customer.
