Whilst other banks have financial incentives to switch, the Coop Bank rewards loyalty. I earn between £4.50 and £5.50 every month just by staying with them and receiving 5p each time I use my contactless debit card. The call centre is efficient and banking app on my mobile phone is very good. Very few branches now exist, but paying in cheques at any Post Office is easy.
