I have just received an email closing my claim. The company directed the email to "Mr Millar" my name is "Ms Helen Hainsworth-Millar". Clearly given the personalised approach there!
The email also says they have done completely the reign thing, not reading confirmation from me that I have already purchased a replacement bicycle. They have instead begun to process a payment directly to the cycle store.
Completely useless!
On the plus side though, they at least do honour my claim where others have been less fortunate
