I don't have much to save so every little helps in terms of rates, ok so not going to set the world on fire but there are no bonus or teaser rates and everything is set up online - very simple and no complicated jargon!
I am not very good with remembering my password so I have called to get help with this and not only was it quick to get through but the customer service is very genuine, never rushed and they speak to you like a human also based in the UK which is nice. Read the information when you set up your account and you can't go wrong! I have recommended to many as it simple savings- exactly what is says on the tin.
