Monese sent an request for routine information which they gave 7 days to do so . They requested this on Saturday 2 days later they closed the account stating the reason that they had not received the information. Prior to this I requested some info on using the account, and sent 12 emails with a span of a month for which they never replied. On the webchat , I tried to write live agent but no agent ever came.
