They're OK and when you call for help they do resolve and help but the renewal costs don't give any allowance for being a loyal customer and if you miss a payment the fees are very high

Felt as if she was really literally just reading off a script. She was very nice but it felt really a bit impersonal.
It was my first time buying house insurance and just felt a bit like I wasn't getting genuine advice, more like scripted words
