Awful Service

I had a Post Office card which moved to Jaja. They issued a new card which I never used, but the DD stayed the same. I managed to pay the outstanding amount off with the advisor on the phone telling me that nothing more is owed and the full balance has been cleared. 2 months later I received an email saying I owe money!? Basically they didn't close my account, nor advise me that there was £8.94 outstanding from somewhere and they were charging interest. CALLS ARE RECORDED and I asked them to listen to my previous call when I paid everything off; I assumed they did because I was put on hold for 10mins. In the end I was led to believe that the Ccard account hadn't been closed and I still them money. I have never even activated the Jaja card. I reluctantly paid because nobody would help. I told the advisor I would hit every social media channel and review. They still wanted the money. Reviewed on: 5th May 2021
