If you use this account to its full potential (have the max 20k in the account) you will earn fantastic interest every month. Customer service is pretty good and never really had any issues.

I was looking for a better savings account and thought this sounded pretty good. It had a better interest rate then my current account at the time so I switched. I've never had a issue and can easily access my money

Very good customer service and they're always willing to help. The price wasn't too bad and they came up cheapest out of a lot of quotes
