Frozen account- total ignore

Monese send me an email on the 5th of March 2021 - account closed, no reason stated. The information with alternative account to transfer fund's given on the same day, today is 11th of May and no refund. Numeruos emails sent- no answer. Phone them- this question can not be discussed over the phone. People work so hard for their money and have a family to support but surely this is not their business.
