I find that using the app on my phone is a doddle. Within moments I can check my account, and pending payments are visible as well (something that is missing with our other bank).
I particularly love my savings pots which make saving so much easier. Instant access to the money in them encourages me to transfer money to them without any qualms, knowing that if needs be I can easily transfer money to my current account.
