This company is so incompetent and misleading, im absolutely baffled what the charges are for on the account because the service is extremely poor, the time frames set for dealing with issues are never met, the staff just tell you anything to get you off the phone,after nearly 3 weeks i am still waiting for correspondence regarding an unauthorized payment and a complaint i raised 2 weeks ago still havent been contacted despite the 3 day time frame .... i have opened another account and cant wait to receive a professional forthcoming service
