Pockit have zero customer service so any issues they will NOT get fixed and ironically you will be left out of pockit. They closed their phone lines, they closed their online chat and they do not respond to ANY emails. The only way to get any response from them is to leave a 1 star review on Trustpilot and they will reply there to do some 'damage control'. If they weren't so concerned with attempting to take down bad reviews and instead actually replied to their customers' emails and resolved their issues then there might not actually be as many bad reviews. If you want to keep your sanity and money then I wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft pole.
