I have a taxi insurance with them and when they issued the certificate they got the name wrong in the certificate, I contacted them to correct the mistake, and for 5 days I called them daily to issue my certificate correctly during which time I could not work but they collected the money, so for a maximum of 5 minutes during which they had to change my name and send me an email I waited 5 days, to say the least I waited to call them daily, after these 5 days I made a complaint and they told me that it takes 2 months to solve my complaint, if for a minor thing it takes 2 months if I have an accident how long does it take to repair my car ??? 2 years? if they want to fix my car, how serious they are I think they will find a reason ... so think hard before you sign with them...I contact them after few days and they don't want to answer at my emails
