I've been blissfully happy for some years despite inreases in premium each year although no claims. This year it was beyond belief which prompted me to go on like and to my amazement have saved over £150. So much for loyalty!

I am still at some disadvantage in using a computer & prefer to discuss matters on the telephone so when I experienced a little difficulty I resorted to the latter and was impressed by the help I was given by your obviously dedicated staff who answered my queries superbly.
