The most annoying thing about Sheila s wheels is how they never reward loyal customers. So each year you have to go on a comparison website get a cheaper quote (with sheilas wheels) cancel your existing policy and renew via the comparison site. even when you call you get told to do this- just so bureaucratic. They are also slow to send out documentation to prove your no claims bonus. Otherwise their customer service is friendly and informative.
