I would give no stars if that was an option. Lied to and told we had to cancel our insurance 3 weeks before renewal and were unableto offer us alternative cover. Complained, complaint upheld and NCD reinstated. Would rather pay less compensation and offer a new policy back with them - No chance! Insured elsewhere and would not touch this company with a bargepole wearing gloves!
