I signed up to Shawbrook via my dentist to pay for some required work. They've been unobtrusive and efficient, so would recommend.

We signed up to a Natwest account at the beginning of the year, and apart from some teething process during the online sign up process, it's been plain sailing so far, with some great benefits too. Their banking app is better than a number of other competitors too - overall, a very positive experience!

Thankfully I've never had to use the insurance cover yet, but Columbus have been a very reliable and economical option, and the first company I turn to when going abroad. Their cover is comprehensive & flexible, and they can send information in multiple ways to suit. All in all, a pain-free experience.
