I have banked with Barclays for over 25 years now, I rate them very highly as a bank. They text me if I'm about to enter my overdraft, to check if an online payment was made by myself and every time I set up a new payee they'll message me to verify before releasing the funds. They make me feel like my account is safe from fraud which is very reassuring to me. I also get amazing benefits from my Premier Bank Account; Breakdown cover, Travel insurance, Mobile Phone insurance and even six passes to Airport lounges!

I'm absolutely over the moon with Coventry Building Society. Not only for their competitive mortgage rates for existing and new customers but for their outstanding customer service! 10/10 Coventry!

Aviva has the best customer service I've ever experienced from an insurance company. This accompanied with their competitive quotes and discounts for other insurances with them makes them my chosen insurance company every time!
