My perception is that there is absolutely no loyalty involved unlike many years ago. Service less than great during lockdown and many fewer branches. I pay 18 per month for a travel plus account but cannot travel due to lockdown

A first class product offering with great returns. I found the community feeling is great. I have always been able to get in touch with the team if needed and they always answer any questions fully and coherently. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
