Poor customer service and difficult complaints procedure

Card is ok if you want to avoid foreign transaction charges.
Major issue if you have a problem. Whilst the customer service folks are polite enough, they just really stick with their scripts. I have a dispute on a transaction and the procedure is painful.
My advice, pay the foreign exchange fee and get decent service if there is a problem as I have never had issues with other providers as I have with this one.
