Genuinely empathetic and refreshingly non-scripted customer service

Initial contact was positive, the promised call-back was made later that same day. Quotes were tailored and reasonable. Ethical concerns were understood, questions answered satisfactorily and rapport established. I'm happy to think a percentage of the fees goes to wildlife charities, reassuring me that this company thinks a little like I do.
