The premise is sound - give private investors access to fundraisings. Sadly they fall down on a number of levels.
Firstly is allocation - which they claim is up to the company raising the cash, not them.
Secondly is the app - which has a number of glitches, particularly around payments.
Thirdly is the customer service - often prompt on email, just as often completely wrong.
Fourthly is transferring shares to your broker, which may take 24 hours, or may take several weeks, depending on how badly they mess it up.
