I sold my car and was not getting a replacement car. I was charged £52.80 to do this. How these thieves can possibly justify a cost like that is beyond me. I am taking this up with the Ombudsman who will hopefully have an investigation into this outrageous cost. This company should be taken to court to justify the ridiculous cost. I would suggest to them to put a mask on the dog they have in there advert, it would sum the company up more accurately.
