An old fashioned decreasing value policy that I had for many years. I have cancelled it for another type which is more up to date and tailored to my current needs.

They are okay, but I've never claimed. They put my price up every year, no loyalty is taken into consideration. Time for a change.

I was able to negotiate a much better deal instead of them letting me go. Level 4 insurance plus cover for my gas fire for 50p cheaper than level 2 cover. The impressive part is that the advisor took the time to sort this for me, she fought for my business.
