Don't know what's happening in the Aviva pension department. Usually very good.
But this time they are deploying every strategy not to give me my drawdown payment.
To get through is diabolical. Waiting hours..
Emails 10 days at least to respond. Told me twice they have sent relevant forms out. But haven't. So upsetting and frustrating.
