I applied for a personal loan, which claimed to give me a decision in five working days with a statement that this could take longer because of Covid. Up to 10 working days. It has taken three weeks and I still have no decision. They have asked for bank details and income details two weeks after the first application and when these were uploaded, I received no feedback, until I chased them by phone. I have previously had my mortgage with them and a personal loan, both of which were paid off early. My credit rating is excellent. I would suggest that getting an appointment in branch would have been much easier.
