I didn't realise before I opened my account that sites like Trust pilot are full of negative reviews for the same reason I feel the need to leave one. For a reason unbeknown to myself my account has been frozen. Once this happens the customer service team no longer deal with you, you can't access you app or money and there is no one to call. I think it's because I was transferring money to Binance and not buying over priced crypto from them. Just terrible
